The origin
We run Watchmen Logistics, a temperature-controlled freight partner. It is a real business with a real P&L — and it is run, end to end, by the agentic organization we build. Operations, customers, cash, and compliance execute as one governed autonomous system, under human command.
That ordering is the company. We did not build a platform and go looking for a problem; we ran the operation, felt where organizations break, and built the reference architecture for the AI-native enterprise on top of what survived contact with production. What we offer externally is what we already trust with our own money.
