The legacy answer was one cellular tracker on everything, and a monthly bill to match. ELYON runs two radio tiers side by side so you pay for live telemetry where it earns its keep, and nowhere else.
Reports on a schedule you set, anywhere a carrier reaches. GPS outdoors, Wi-Fi positioning indoors, a SIM to carry it home. This is the tier for anything on the road, in a reefer, or worth more than the subscription.
The tag never talks to a tower. It whispers over Bluetooth, and the world relays it: your own crews’ phones, the trucks on your ELD, and ELYON’s private gateway network, more than 100 million gateways wide. No monthly bill. No contract. No battery swap for years.

Trailers in the yard. Generators on a job site. A Pelican case of instruments that costs more than the truck it rides in. Four BLE tags for what rarely moves, two cellular trackers for what does.
The set-and-forget tag. Screw it to a trailer, a container or a reefer door once, and it reports temperature, door state and motion on the ELYON private gateway network for up to five years. No SIM, no subscription, no visit.
Small enough to vanish inside a Pelican case or a financed unit. Drop it in and forget it for two and a half years.
Magnet it under a frame. Survives rain, road salt and a pressure wash, and outlasts most rental lifecycles.

The same long-life tracker as the WayPoint XL, stripped to the radios: GPS, Wi-Fi and cellular, plus motion. For the trailer, chassis or generator where location is the whole question. Three AA cells, up to ten years.
A tracker nobody knows is there. TailGuard hides inside a DOT-approved trailer tail light, runs off the light’s own wiring, and doubles as a gateway for up to 1,000 BLE tags riding on the trailer: cargo, doors, tires.

A rechargeable tracker you get back, or a label you never see again. Pick by lane: WayPoint XL for the loads you track year after year, Bolt for frozen and cold chain, the i5 when the shipping label itself should do the tracking, the i3 when a SIM would cost more than the freight.
The shipment tracker you never charge. Temperature and humidity on the load, optional light sensing for open-package detection, and three AA cells that run up to ten years at one report a day. When they finally go, swap them at a truck stop.
Frozen loads fail quietly. Bolt rides on the cargo from a −30 °C freezer to a 55 °C dock, logs temperature, humidity, shock, tilt, light and pressure, and reports in real time. Charge it, send it again.
The next-generation goods tracker. Smaller, longer on a charge, and built for the pallet that cannot go missing.
The shipping label is the tracker. The i5 prints like any 4 × 6 label, logs temperature the whole way, and reports through every gateway it passes for three months. Nothing to return.

A BLE tag only needs one gateway to pass within range. ELYON gives it three kinds. The ELYON app turns every driver’s and crew member’s phone into a relay. ELYON’s integrations with ELD providers across the market turn the trucks themselves into gateways. And ELYON’s private network adds more than 100 million gateways beyond your fleet.
Cellular devices skip the relay and talk to the tower directly. Both tiers land in the same place: an address, a dwell time and an alert, never a raw coordinate.
