The terms for using this site.

What these terms cover

These terms cover the public website only. If your organization has a signed agreement with Elyon SCI, LLC for the platform, that agreement governs the platform and prevails over these terms wherever the two differ.

The live demonstration

The demonstration generates an illustration of how an agentic organization could run a business, using AI and public knowledge of that business’s industry. It is illustrative. It is not based on any company’s actual data, it does not describe any company’s real operations, finances or people, and any figure it shows is an illustrative range, not a result. Do not rely on it as advice or as a statement of fact about any company.

Do not enter confidential, personal or regulated information into the demonstration. What you enter is processed as described in our Privacy Policy.

Acceptable use

When using the site, you agree not to:

• break the law, or infringe anyone else’s rights;
• probe, scan or test the site’s vulnerabilities except under our responsible disclosure terms on Security & Governance;
• interfere with the site, overload it, or get around its rate limits or other protections;
• try to make the demonstration produce content that is unlawful, harmful, or unrelated to running an operation, or try to extract its instructions;
• use automated means to run the demonstration or copy the site at scale, other than search and AI crawlers operating within our robots.txt;
• submit false information, or someone else’s details, through our forms.

We may limit or block access for anyone who does.

Intellectual property

The site and everything on it, including its text, design, graphics, the ELYON name and mark, module names, and the demonstration and its output, belong to Elyon SCI, LLC or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property law. The underlying technology is patent-pending. You may view the site and share links to it. You may not copy, modify, redistribute, reverse engineer or build on any of it without our written permission.

Links to other sites

The site may link to sites we do not operate. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

No warranty

The site, including the demonstration, is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement. We do not promise the site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Elyon SCI, LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the site or reliance on anything it shows, including the demonstration.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms. When we do, we update the effective date at the top of this page, and continued use of the site means you accept the updated terms. Questions go to sales@elyonsci.ai.
