We hire senior individual contributors who can ship production code and senior operators who can ship production decisions. Both sides of that line work next to a substantial agentic workforce. Junior hires are not a cost-saving lever for us — the agents are.
Compensation is straight: above-market base, equity that reflects category-creating outcome math, no performance- review theater. The bar is clear: ship work that the agentic organization couldn't have produced without you. Calibrated trust applies to humans too.
We work in person in Houston, with hybrid for senior individual contributors who need it and full-remote for a few specific roles where the work is strictly async. Travel for customer engagements is real.
We are not currently running an open hiring round. When we are, individual roles get listed here in full — no “sign up to be notified” placeholder, no generic talent-pool form.
