I built and operated Watchmen Logistics — a Houston-based freight brokerage — for years before I started Elyon. Every day was a thousand operational decisions. Every load was a decision. Every exception was a decision. The software available to operators like me was built for an earlier era: it observed outcomes, it didn't produce them.

The first AI agents that could actually run operations arrived in 2024. Not customer-service bots, not autocomplete — agents that reason, act, and coordinate. The natural question was: what does a company look like if you build it on those agents from the first commit, instead of bolting them on?

I'm the operator. I'm the customer. I'm the founder. The single accountable human at every layer, with an agentic organization underneath. It is not a small thing to build, and it is not a small thing to bet on. It is, however, the right thing.
