I am the commercial operator at the seam of the connected-vehicle stack and the agentic-AI stack. Fifteen-plus years on the first — Fleetmatics into Verizon, WABCO into ZF, Coretex into EROAD. Two years on the second — bludata and SYNTRA, building agentic systems for the same problem space, on the other side of the inflection. I have sold the observation layer and I am building the action layer. The gap between them is where Elyon lives.
Randall built and operated Watchmen for years, and the software available to him was the same software I had been selling into operators like him for years. We saw the same gap from opposite sides. The data was real. The decisions were still manual. The platforms told the operator what had happened, not what to do, and never did it themselves. Then 2024 happened. Agents that reason, act, and coordinate became real. The question changed: not how do we add agents to the observation layer, but what does a company look like if the action layer is the architecture from the first commit. Kairos is that company's operating system. Watchmen is its customer-zero P&L.
I took the seat because I have spent my career commercializing this category and I know what a category-defining win looks like from the inside. I'm the seller. I'm the builder. I'm the founder. Single human accountability for everything externally visible, with an agentic organization underneath.
I own the surface. Brand, GTM, positioning, partnerships, press, every public claim. If it ships under the Elyon mark, it ships through me. There is no marketing-by-committee layer. The path is short on purpose.
I refuse to sell what is not built. Three exits taught me that the only durable commercial claim is the one running in production. Every Elyon claim is traceable to a number on the Watchmen P&L. If it's not in production, it's not in the deck.
I write the brief, then the copy, then the page. The brand discipline doc that governs this site is mine. Every word, every number, every visual choice is traced back to it. The discipline is the moat. The brief is the source of truth.
