Disclosed in full because hidden sub-processors are an audit finding.

Elyon SCI uses the third-party service providers listed below to deliver the Elyon platform. Customers and their privacy regulators require disclosure; we publish the canonical list and update it on every material change.

Current sub-processors

This list is canonical. It reflects providers that may process customer personal data or customer-tenant content in the course of delivering the service. The list is reviewed quarterly and on every material vendor change.

Notification of changes

Elyon SCI will notify customers of additions or material changes to the sub-processor list with at least thirty (30) days' advance notice via in-app notification and email to the designated contact, except where an emergency change is required to preserve security or continuity of service. Customers retain the right to object to a new sub-processor under the terms of the Data Processing Addendum.
