Operational status.
The current operational status of the Elyon platform and its critical subsystems.
Status updates are posted in near real time during incidents and reconciled against historical data after each event.
The live status component will render here once the status feed is wired in. Possible states: all systems operational; degraded performance; partial outage; major outage; scheduled maintenance.
Status is reported per subsystem so customers can see exactly what is affected.

During an incident, we post initial confirmation as soon as we have validated the issue, followed by regular updates until resolution. After resolution, we publish a brief root-cause summary. For incidents affecting customer data integrity, confidentiality, or availability above the materiality threshold defined in our Master Services Agreement, affected customers also receive direct communication via the designated security contact.
Scheduled maintenance is posted at least seventy-two (72) hours in advance unless a shorter window is required to preserve security or continuity. Maintenance is targeted to off-peak hours for the primary customer base.
90-day uptime heatmap renders here once the feed is wired. Historical incident reports retained for twelve (12) months.
Subscribe to status updates via email, SMS, or RSS using the subscription controls on the live feed. Enterprise customers can configure status webhooks to their internal incident management systems by emailing support@elyonsci.ai.
